He has driven Rotana's expansion into the UK, Georgia, and Senegal, growing the portfolio to 72 open properties with 30 more planned by 2026. He also launched the Edge by Rotana brand in 2022, targeting 30 properties by 2027.

A graduate of the American University of Beirut and École hôtelière de Lausanne, he combines operational grounding with strategic market insight. El Zyr holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon, and a Bachelor of Science degree from École hôtelière de Lausanne, Switzerland.

Clemence is a seasoned hospitality executive with over 15 years in the region, she has held senior roles at Aleph Hospitality, Four Seasons, Atlantis, and Jumeirah.

A Glion graduate with a Cornell certificate in Hotel Real Estate, she specializes in sourcing management agreements, pre-opening strategies, and brand expansion across the Middle East and Africa.

Her entrepreneurial background includes founding a uniform company, complementing her sharp commercial and operational acumen.

Najib joined Rotana in 2023 after a distinguished 13-year career at IHG Hotels & Resorts, where he held senior leadership positions including Cluster General Manager in Kuwait (overseeing 4 hotels with 1,000+ rooms) and General Manager in Doha, as well as regional roles in franchise performance and sales across the Middle East and India.

Based in Abu Dhabi, he holds a BSc in Hotel Administration from Boston University, bringing deep operational and commercial expertise to Rotana's expansion in the Saudi market.

Farhan, based in the UAE, has over two decades at the company. Joining in 2003 as Financial Controller, he progressed through finance leadership roles before shifting to development as Director of Research & Development (2012–2025), where he spent nearly 13 years shaping portfolio strategy.

He assumed his current role in January 2025. A graduate of École hôtelière de Lausanne (BSc, Hospitality Management), he began his career with traineeships at IHG and Starwood in Switzerland, blending financial rigor with deep operational and developmental expertise.
